Rules for Banner Exchange Participation

 1.)  Reciprocal banner must be placed on either the index, main or links only page
2.)  You must provide a working email address (not a free email) to participate in the program.
3.)  You must choose an accurate category for your site. (sites will be checked prior to approval & thereafter)
4.)  We reserve the right to delete any site in violation of these rules without notification.
            5.)  Banners used in the program must be no more than 468x60 pixels.
6.)  All traffic must come FROM and be sent TO legal sites
(no child porn, bestiality, rape or any illegal content of any kind)
7.)  Although we do not require top of page placement, please keep our code
within the first screen of your page - everyone wants good visibility.
8.)  Generating artificial traffic, auto reloading or any form of cheating will be cause for deletion.
